Committee Information

Parents, are you looking for a great way to be involved in your student’s school, without spending money on membership fees and trying to get to meetings?  We are asking for parents to sign up to volunteer for a committee.  A commitment that can be short term or long term, you decide.  We have several opportunities for you that can and will fit your needs.  We are asking that you sign up and commit to one committee this year.  We are looking to simplify your time, as well as make this school year fun and exciting for all parents, students and staff.  We need a group of volunteers to help with:

*Parent/Teacher Conference dinner-  Bring side items and desserts, as well as set-up and clean up.

*Arts Cafe-Donations for ice cream toppings.

*Fall Fundraiser Delivery (during conferences):  hand out orders.
This year we will be selling The Ultimate Cookie and Gourmet Cookie Dough.

*Teacher and Staff appreciation help plan luncheon and get donations for staff “Raffle”

*Beveridge Spring Fling (TBA) plan activities, food, auction, donations and more.

*Beveridge's 7th and 8th Grade Winter Dance

*Beveridge's 8th Grade Celebration Dance

You can do more than one committee! If you would like more information, please contact me at 402-557-4002 or email at shanna.armsbury@ops.org as well as Rebecca Speer at Rebecca.speer@ops.org.
